Owner Dawn Dugan has enjoyed 17 interesting years in the publishing industry. She started her career in 1990 as a staff editor of trade magazines at Cahner's Publishing in Boston, Massachusetts. Since then she has been the editor of an award-winning magazine, the director of publications at a national association, and has owned a newspaper. Her rich and varied experience has allowed her to write on many different subjects for just about all industries. Dawn has written dozens of books and hundreds of articles in addition to press releases, newsletters, e-books, manuals, advertising copy, SEO copy, catalog descriptions, brochures, one-liners and tag lines, video and audio scripts, sales letters, and promotional materials. She lives in Hinesburg, Vermont, with her husband and two boys.
